Youth Wrestling Camp

All youth wrestlers grades 2-8.  July 7-11 from 9:30-Noon at Central Dauphin High School for wrestlers in grades 2-11.  Fee is $60.  Contact Jeff Sweigard at 503-7449 for information or click here to download brochure.

CD Wrestling Car Wash

July 12 at Susquehanna Bank on Route 22 in front of K-Mart.  Car wash runs from 9-1, get your car wased and support the Ram Wrestlers for $5/car.    Let the wrestlers work for you!

CD High School Team Camp

Cornell, week of July 13-17.  Please have all your medical forms returned to Cornell by the deadline.  Do not pay any additional money to Cornell, the balance of your account should be taken care of through CDWA and Dusty Buckman.  For more information, please contact Dusty at 541-0948.

Take the month of August to work on general conditioning... lift, run, play golf.....
